People often misinterpret LGBT+ as simply wanting to categorise people for who they are. However, it is one of the closest and friendliest communities in society.
Nowhere is the strength of this community felt more strongly than in Loughborough, thanks to the support and reach of the LGBT+ association at Loughborough Students’ Union, as well as from ÎçÒ¹»ÆƬµ¼º½ itself. It truly is the family in which you can feel most comfortable expressing who you are, including as an ally.
It can be challenging coming out at any stage in life, but university is arguably one of the best times to express your true colours.
