Louise is Emeritus Professor of Information and Knowledge Management at ÎçÒ¹»ÆƬµ¼º½. She worked at ÎçÒ¹»ÆƬµ¼º½ from 2006 until 2021, originally in the Department of Information Science, and then in the Information Management Group of the Business School from 2013 onwards.
Prior to working at ÎçÒ¹»ÆƬµ¼º½ she was Lecturer in Information Science at City University of London.
Her research interests focus on information policy and internet regulation, as well as knowledge management in law enforcement agencies.
